The idea of a back office abroad was born out of the fact that in the UK the Healthcare Companies find it increasingly difficult to find well qualified and committed employees to support their 24/7 operations and the fact that the shrinking margins and ever increasing cost of employment made it quite difficult to remain competitive in a matured market with high overheads. We are on the lookout for outstanding individuals who want to build a career in international business management. We have openings at our Calicut and Kannur Centres. The job is to develop and run our UK business from our remote Centres. If you are a smart person with very good command over both spoken and written English, good analytical and numerical skills, extrovert with a pleasant and outgoing personality, impeccable work ethics, reliable, punctual, confident and a quick learner who is willing to function in multiple roles as Business Developer, Recruiter, Relationship Marketer, Shift Manager etc and willing to commit for minimum 2 years, then please drop us an email with your resume and reasons for applying to . Previous experience, though desirable, not compulsory as full training will be provided. A background working in a BPO centre or any experience in any of the roles mentioned above which help horn your skills and personality will be a definite advantage. Responsibilities and Duties
  • New Business development: Developing new business through calls, email communication, making appointments, etc
  • Recruitment: Advertise, CV-Search, conduct over the phone interviews, and carry out the entire gamut of onboarding for Healthcare staff in the UK to work within your branch
  • Client Management: Provide our UK clients with the staff they require and ensure they stay with the Company by developing and leveraging relationships and prompt customer service
  • Shift administration: Allocate work to the UK staff working for your branch
  • Compliance: Making sure all our Client's UK staff who works for the branch are Compliant with the Country's legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Relationship marketing: Look out for and explore further requirements within our clientele.
  • Social media marketing: Drive recruitment and business development through all possible online platforms and networking..

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • You will be:
  • An individual with soft skills: communication, self-motivation, leadership, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, decisiveness, ability to work under pressure, time management, flexibility, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Highly organized, punctual, reliable and with impeccable work ethics.
